Usage Instructions: Use heat tape to secure your design. If possible, press multiple designs at the same time. If you are not pressing with a heat press, be sure that your surface has a Teflon sheet or pressing pad so that you do not burn your workstation. Press at 385 for 60 seconds. Temp/time varies according to your heating source. This is just a suggested temp/time.
