A design mock-up will be provided and needs to be approved before printing commences.  After the approval for the mock-up has been issued, NO CHANGES will be allowed.

**Please make sure you review the mock-up carefully prior to giving approval.

In the event that more items are needed, please notify ALT Creations as soon as possible, so that another invoice can be issued for payment prior to working on the amended order.

ALT Creations strives to provide excellent customer service and in doing so, there is three(3) day exchange your item(s) have been received. After that time has expired ALT Creations does not accept returns or exchanges.

All customized items are NON-REFUNDABLE
